Two filtration stages work together inside a single housing, so you get physical debris removal and biological water treatment in one pass. With the lid removed, the internal layout is clear: the rotating drum filter sits on the left with its red-capped spraybar valves, a central pump chamber holds a black air disc, and the right-hand moving bed chamber is filled with blue helix media above the air discs.

• Dirty water enters and hits the rotating drum filter (RDF) first, separating debris down to 75 microns.
• Mechanically filtered water then flows through a fluidized bed of media powered by air, adding oxygen and driving biological breakdown.
• The moving bed holds 200 litres of helix media, plus a separate mat chamber with 250 litre capacity for extra filtration surface.
• Two built-in air discs of 35 cm keep the media in constant motion and the water oxygenated.

No more scrubbing screens by hand. When debris builds up, the unit rinses itself and flushes the waste out the drain.

• The automatic rinse function flushes trapped debris away through the 110 mm waste outlet.
• A removable spraybar blasts the mesh clean, and the removable waste water gutter makes maintenance simple.
• The spraybar carries five red-and-white quick-release valve caps mounted along a stainless steel bar, sitting just in front of the mesh drum surface.
• The drum wears a patented woven 75/120 micron stainless steel mesh for fine, durable filtration.
• An installed 5 Bar cleaning pump supplies the rinse pressure.

Optional waste cleaning is available if you want to recover flush water rather than send it to drain.

Set the filter up to match your pond layout with three feed methods and adaptable plumbing. The closed housing carries multiple round inlet and outlet ports across the front and lower side walls, with the internal valve manifold visible along the open top edge.
